Welcome to Mixlum. By using our WordPress development, content writing, or SEO services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

1. Our Services

We provide:

✔️ WordPress Development
✔️ Frontend Design and Fixes
✔️ Content Writing (blogs, articles, web content)
✔️ SEO Setup (on-page, technical, keyword research)
✔️ Digital Support (basic ads setup, social media assets, email copy)
✔️ Graphics for Web Use (Canva-based visuals)

2. Your Responsibilities

You must give clear instructions for your project.
You must send payments on time.
You must give feedback within the agreed time so work can continue smoothly.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms: 50% deposit before work starts, and the remaining 50% after completion.
Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer.
Refunds: No refunds once work begins, but I fix errors for free if the instructions were followed.

4. Revisions & Deadlines

You get 2 free rounds of minor revisions within 7 days of delivery.
Extra edits cost $10 per hour.
If you delay feedback, deadlines may extend.

5. Content Ownership

You own the final work after full payment is made.
Mixlum may show the work in its portfolio unless you request privacy.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel before work starts and get a full refund.
After work begins, the deposit is nonrefundable.

7. Privacy & Data

We don’t share your data with anyone.
Emails, messages, and comments may be stored for record-keeping and support.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for delays caused by unclear instructions, technical issues, or outside conditions.
We’re not responsible for any loss related to published content, SEO changes, or third-party tools.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the website.
