Our Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mixlum. This agreement explains what you can expect when you work with us on WordPress development, content writing, or SEO services. By using our services, you agree to the guidelines outlined on this page, written in plain language so there is no confusion about how we work together. Whether you are hiring us for a single blog post or an ongoing SEO partnership, this agreement is designed to keep expectations clear for both sides. You can also review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

WordPress Development Content Writing SEO Services Digital Support

What’s Included

What Our Terms and Conditions Cover

1

Our Services

We provide WordPress development, frontend design and fixes, content writing (blogs, articles, and web content), SEO setup (on page, technical, and keyword research), digital support (basic ads setup, social media assets, and email copy), and graphics for web use created with Canva based visuals. Every project starts with a short discovery conversation so we understand your goals before any work begins — this helps us match the right service to your actual needs rather than offering a one size fits all package.

2

Your Responsibilities

Give clear instructions, send payments on time, and provide feedback within the agreed time frame. These expectations are part of our Terms and Conditions for every project, and clear communication early usually means fewer revisions later. You are also responsible for providing any brand assets, logins, or reference material we need to complete the work.

3

Payments & Refunds

Terms: 50% deposit, 50% on completion.

Methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer.

Refunds: none once work begins, but errors are fixed free. For larger projects, milestone based payments can also be arranged.

4

Revisions & Deadlines

Two free rounds of minor revisions within 7 days. Extra edits cost $10 per hour. Minor revisions cover small wording or layout tweaks; larger scope changes, like a new page, are treated as a new task with its own timeline.

5

Content Ownership

You own the final work after full payment. Mixlum may feature it in our portfolio unless you request privacy. Any third party assets used, such as licensed stock images or fonts, remain subject to their original licensing terms.

6

Cancellation Policy

Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work begins, the deposit becomes non refundable under these Terms and Conditions. If you need to pause rather than cancel entirely, let us know and we will accommodate a reasonable timeline.

7

Privacy & Data

We never share your data with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how information is collected, used, and protected.

8

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays from unclear instructions, technical issues, or losses tied to third party tools. Search engine rankings in particular can be affected by many factors outside our direct control, including algorithm updates and competitor activity.

9

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these guidelines at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, so we recommend checking back occasionally if you have an ongoing working relationship with us.
